All staff members are very friendly and get you in and out for your appointments. The pain clinic of north carliona care about your health and a very clean place, the waiting room, bathrooms, etc.
My 9 yr experience with Pain Clinic of NC has been great. Dr Grey and his staff are Excellent!

Dr. Gray and everyone in his office are amazing! I have been seeing Dr. Gray for a few years and I came to him from another doctor who was closed down for criminal activity so I was kind of leery & not very trusting. I'm glad I called his office because he has completely restored my faith. I feel like a person, I feel respected, I feel seen and I feel completely comfortable with him and everyone working there. I've never felt like just another patient, it's never felt "cold" or rushed. Dr. Gray always takes the time to talk to me, ask questions and actually cares and shows that he cares about my life outside of his practice. They add a personal touch that I have never felt at any other medical office. My father in law passed away a little over a month ago and they actually took time out of their lives to get me a sympathy card (and it was a beautiful one, at that) and Dr. Gray and everyone at the office signed it and mailed it to me. When I saw that, it cemented the fact that there's no better doctor or people than everyone at that office! I highly recommend giving them a call if you're needing pain care or management. They don't make doctors like Dr. Gray any more!
Dr. Gray cares about his patients and I never felt judged or looked down on by him he listens and does what's in your best interest. I totally recommend this practice give it a chance. get off the pps and this place can save your life
Diligent care. I've never felt rushed, respectful to my holistic values, always accommodating to my awful schedule giving I travel for work. Could not be more grateful for both Dr. Bourne and Dr. Gray.

This is the best place I have been. The staff is very friendly and actually cares about you. Dr. Gray is the best caring doctor I have met with the best bedside manners. I recommend Pain Clinic of North Carolina to anyone.
A great doctor's office to be seen for ALL medical care. The lab team, the receptionist the nurses , and Dr. Gray and his great team of Doctors, work together to ensure you and your health care is not taken lightly. Very professional and extremely helpful when you need routine care or when you have an emergency. I WOULD RECOMMEND PCNC TO EVERYONE.
